Her upcoming work, "The Cartoonists Club," co-created with Scott McCloud, is set to release in April 2025.
Telgemeier's work has earned her six Eisner Awards, a Boston Globe-Horn Book Honor, and a Stonewall Honor among other accolades. Originally from San Francisco, she moved to New York City for her education at the School of Visual Arts before returning to San Francisco where she currently resides.
During the event, Children's Librarian Genevieve Grove will engage in conversation with Telgemeier.
